Cooking with class: The Prequel

We are about to go to our cooking class this morning. We are both excited as we get to visit the Marche (pronounced marshay). We will post when we are done to report about how it goes and if it is truly worth 320 euros. That is a crapload of cash. We are already adjusted to the time change which is making our trip better.
